The First Thing That I Love

I absolutely love that I have friends who are willing to follow my blog. It's true that I don't yet have any followers, but I just asked the few people sitting around me if they would follow this random blog that I started. Of course they said yes without question because they are my friends and they will do something like follow a blog for me :) Ok, following a blog isn't really a big deal, but just the fact that they were so willing to follow this dumb thing I made about things I love makes me happy. In fact, they know me well enough that they don't question the fact that I have randomly created a blog because they know it's just something I would do. It's nice to have people who know you.


I really love appreciating the little things in life, not that friendship is a little thing, but it is something people often take for granted. I am very blessed with all of my friends and I hope they feel the same. Friendship is sacred. Cherish it.

The First Post

This is the first post on my blog called Whales and Rigatoni, a continuos blog all about the things in life that I love! These blog things are so competitive about being original and creative and blah blah blah, but as I've been looking through them recently I have noticed that most of them are extremely personal out there in the openness of the internet for everyone to see. It's kind of a cool thing really... So I'm making this blog because I need a little reflection in my life right now and something to keep my hands busy so I don't gain twenty more pounds by eating for no reason at all. I've landed on writing my blog about the things that I love because (1) I love to think and talk about them, (2) I come across them every single day and (3) I want to share them with the world! So here's my blog. Read it or not.
